What to look for:
Here we will try and list some of the common features of clothes of that period, this is a work in progress.

Hats Many varieties need to be made of felt, no plastic, wicker etc.  can get from western stores and online.
Shirts : The common shirt appears to be the collar less shirt, double breasted, bib front in working colors.  Shirts did not have collars until after 1900, collars where button on.

Suspenders Suspenders were first invented in 1822 should only be leather or similar button connectors, no metal connectors.
Pants : 1. No zips, metal work, belts, suspenders are held by buttons on the waist of the pants

Pointy boots appear to have only have entered the scene after 1900, having originated in Mexico.  Cowboy boots where based on the military-style boots of the 1870, round toed, flat heeled, developing into high heeled and points for stirrups on the horses.
